Re-imagined…

One of my favorite workouts (4-12-12) was a little sprint of Calorie Row and Wall Balls.  The April Baseline (4-1-12) was perhaps the most loved workout of last year.  When mixing two good things, the result will not necessarily be an amazing thing.  In fact, I am counting on the fact that (even though both workouts have been toned down) they will be awful help you carve your path to better health and fitness.  I’ll leave you with this analogy from Jim Gaffigan:

Fruit = good.
